POOLit is a real-time carpooling and cab-sharing app that uses advanced algorithms to find people going on the same route for carpooling, cab-sharing and bike pooling.

Carpool meaning: Share a ride with someone going on a route similar to you. You can be a driver, i.e, car owner or a rider (one who is looking for a ride).
